    Delegates Fleishauer and Perdue move to amend the bill on page 9, section 7, by adding thereto a new subsection (b) to read as follows:

    “(b) A covered provider may continue to employ an applicant for an additional thirty days or until receipt of the background check if the pending background check goes beyond the sixty day period.”
